摘　　要：以中航工业某航空工业园机加厂房屋面为例,介绍了TPO单层屋面系统在大型厂房金属板屋面上的应用情况。屋面防水采用TPO卷材作为主要防水材料,塑料套筒加螺钉机械固定,结构板之上设置隔汽层后再铺设保温层,保证项目屋面防水保温系统的稳定可靠。Taking the machining plant roof of some industrial park of AVIC as an example,the article introduces the application of TPO single layer roof system on the metal roofs of large-scale plants.TPO membrane is adopted as the main waterproofing material,and is mechanically fastened with plastic sleeve and screw.Vapor barrier is set up on the structure plates,and insulation layer is paved on top of the vapor barrier to guarantee the stability and reliability of the waterproofing and insulation system of the roof.
