摘　　要：海南国际会展中心为钢结构异形大型场馆,屋面严重老化并出现渗漏。针对本项目特点,屋面翻修改造采用了轻型屋面隔热防水一体化系统新技术,不用凿除原屋面系统,通过在原有屋面系统上重新设置防水和隔热涂层系统,很好地解决了屋面防水、隔热和装饰问题。Hainan International Convention Center is a large building of special shaped steel structure.Its roof is severely aged and starts to leak.With regards to the characteristics of this project,light-weight roof system which integrates waterproofing and insulation technology is employed for the roof renovation.It is not necessary to remove the original roof system,and by setting up new waterproofing and insulating coating system on top of the original roof system,the waterproofing,insulating and decorative issues of the roof system are well solved.
