摘 要:研究生与导师互动本质上是以导学关系和师生互惠为基础的,有意味的符号为媒介,促进研究生社会化的互动过程。当前研究生与导师的互动存在师生没有选取足量并合适的互动符号、师生缺乏对互动角色的理性认识、师生互惠共赢意识不强以及导师对研究生成长和发展需要关注不足等现实困境。因此,为优化研究生与导师互动的质量,应选取合适的互动符号,提高师生互动的质量;理性定位互动的角色,激发师生互动积极性;积极构建师生共同体,提高师生互动的意愿以及尊重研究生实际需要,实现师生互动的终极价值。The interaction between graduate students and their tutors is essentially a process of promoting the socialization of graduate students based on the relationship and the reciprocity between tutors and students,with meaningful symbols as the medium.At present,there are some problems in the interaction between graduate students and tutors.For example,tutors and graduate students do not choose enough and appropriate interaction symbols.They lack rational understanding of the role of interaction and do not have a strong sense of mutual benefit and win-win situation.Besides,tutors do not pay enough attention to the growth and development of graduate students.Therefore,the optimized path of interaction between graduate students and tutors sshould include;selecting the appropriate interactive symbols to improve the quality of teacher-student interaction;positioning the role of interaction rationally,stimulating the enthusiasm of interaction between tutors and graduate students;building a community to enhance the willingness of interaction between tutors and graduate students;as well as respecting for the actual needs of graduate students,to achieve the ultimate value of tutors-graduate student interaction.
