摘  要:针对分布式测试系统中物理量种类多、相互之间易干扰,数据需要远距离传输的要求,设计了一种基于RS485总线的分布式数据采集系统。该系统主要包含上位机、主控站点和被控站点,通过定制USB和RS485总线通信协议,实现了总线上40个站点的轮询测量或单站点单通道测量。实验结果表明,该系统实现了数据的可靠传输,有效解决了大面积环境下进行分布式高精度数据采集的问题,具有较好的实用价值。A distributed data acquisition system based on RS485 bus was designed for the situation that there are many kinds of physical quantities which are easy to interfere with each other,and the data needs to be transmitted over long distances.This system mainly included the host computer,the master station and the controlled station.By customizing the USB and RS485 bus communication protocols,it implemented polling measurement of 40 stations on the bus or single-channel measurement.The experimental results show that the system achieves reliable data transmission and effectively solves the problem of distributed and high-precision data collection in large-scale environment,which has high practical value.
