摘  要:采用热失重分析(TGA)法研究了列车用温度传感器所用线缆材料(聚烯烃、三元乙丙橡胶)的热分解特性,并计算出材料的热分解活化能,据此建立了材料的热寿命方程,并结合列车运行的实时轴温监测数据对线缆的实际使用寿命进行评估,为评价温度传感器产品的长期可靠性提供参考数据。The thermal decomposition characteristics of cable materials(such as Polyolefin、EPDM)used in the temperature sensors for railway vehicles were investigated by thermal gravimetric analysis(TGA).The activity energies of thermal decomposition were calculated and the thermal aging lifetime equations were established.Combined with the real-time monitoring data of operating temperature while railway vehicles running,the actual service lifetime of the cable materials was estimated.The study we present here will provide systematic guidelines for the long-term reliability evaluation of the temperature sensor products.
