摘  要:某型环氧树脂胶粘剂材料拉伸剪切试样在130℃、160℃和170℃温度条件下开展加速老化试验,以拉伸剪切强度为老化特性指标,老化试验过程中拉伸剪切强度呈现下降趋势,将数据归一化处理后,基于Arrhenius模型进行贮存寿命评估分析,取70%性能保留率(拉伸剪切强度值7.5 MPa)为失效临界条件,预测25℃贮存寿命为30.9年。Accelerated aging test of an epoxy resin adhesive was conducted at three different temperatures of 130℃,160℃and 170℃.The tensile shear strength was taken as the aging characteristic index of the adhesive,the results indicated that the tensile shear strength showed a downward trend.After the data were normalized,and taking the 70%retention performance(tensile shear strength value 7.5 MPa)as the critical failure condition,the storage life of the epoxy resin adhesive was evaluated and analyzed based on Arrhenius model,the storage life at 25℃is predicted to be 30.9 years.
