摘  要:本文针对3.5吨以下乘用车辆中电子电气部件、模块和组件等产品,深入研究并模拟车辆实际行驶中或使用在特定应用场景下遭受的气候环境负荷,详细解析了汽车部件检测中关于水防护的几个关键试验项目,并给出测试目的以及试验后对产品的防护性能、可靠性等方面的参数指标和要求,包括:高压清洗和压力冲洗、飞溅水热冲击、热冲击-浸没,以及热冲击(无外壳)试验。依据国际道路车辆系列标准和主流整车企业的供货规范,在现有通用环境试验设备的基础上,引入车辆电子电气部件进行综合气候环境试验的缺失项,使得人工模拟环境条件更全面也更逼近产品使用的真实环境,实现国内实验室对于汽车电子类产品的全方位系统化环境负荷的测试系统。In this paper,focusing on the electronic and electrical parts,modules and components in motor vehicles below 3.5t,in-depth research and simulation of the climate environmental loads in the actual driving or the use of the vehicle in specific application scenarios,several key test items of water protection in vehicle component testing are analyzed in detail.Furthermore,the purposes of the test,the parameters and requirements of the protective performance and reliability for the products after the test are given,including the tests of high-pressure cleaning/pressure washing,splash hydrothermal impact,thermal shock with splashing water,thermal shock-immersion and thermal shock(without housing).According to the international series standards of road vehicles and the supply specifications of the mainstream vehicle enterprises,on the basis of the existing general environmental test equipment,the missing items of comprehensive climate environment testing for vehicle electronic and electrical components are introduced,which makes the artificial simulation environment more comprehensive and closer to the real environment in use of the products and to realize the full-scale and systematic testing system with multiple environmental loads for motor electronic and electrical products in domestic laboratories.
