摘  要:挠性轴离心试验机系统采用细长的挠性轴为支承载体,其一阶临界转速低,系统可以在低速下平稳越过临界转速。在高速旋转时,采用弹性轴承座的支承,轴的刚度弱,其自对中特性很容易满足。对轴承的动载荷要求低,轴承选型容易,提高了轴承的失稳可靠性,可以大大提高设备安全及可靠度,降低了噪音对操作者的危害。Flexible shaft centrifugal testing machine system uses long and thin flexible shaft as support carrier.Its first order critical speed is low,and the system can smoothly cross the critical speed at low speed.At high speed rotation,the supporting of elastic bearing pedestal is adopted,and the stiffness of the shaft is weak,so its self-aligning characteristic is easily satisfied.Low requirements on dynamic load of bearing,easy selection of bearing,improve the stability of the bearing reliability,can greatly improve the safety and reliability of equipment,reduce the harm of noise to the operator.
