摘 要:全热交换器以能量回收芯体为核心,在通风换气过程中能回收部分的排风能量,在教室、办公室酒店等密闭的环境中广泛使用。风量、静压和焓交换效率是全热交换器的重要技术参数,但是全热交换器的产品标准中,对焓交换效率的测试方法中风量条件的描述不够明确,容易造成测试结果的偏离。本文通过一系列测试反映出焓交换效率随新、排风量的增加而减小的规律,并提出热负荷的概念,为消费者选购全热交换器提供更直观的技术参考。The total heat exchanger takes energy recovery core as the core,which can recover part of energy in the exhaust air during ventilation process.The total heat exchanger is widely used in closed environment such as classroom,office and hotel.Air volume,static pressure and enthalpy exchange efficiency are important technical parameters of the total heat exchanger.However,in the product standard of total heat exchanger,the description of air volume condition in the test method of enthalpy exchange efficiency is not clear enough,which is easy to cause the deviation of test results.In this paper,a series of tests are carried out to show the law of enthalpy exchange efficiency and decrease with the increase of outdoor air volume and exhaust air volume.The concept of heat load is put forward to provide more intuitive technical reference for consumers to purchase total heat exchanger.
