摘  要:本文对于电动汽车充电产品质量风险源可能存在的情况进行了详尽的分类解析;重点针对有相当应用范围和市场覆盖率的交流充电桩产品的现场安全检测项目和指标要求进行了基于标准的逐条对标和详细技术解析;深入研究了交流充电功能性检测项目,即控制导引试验和非正常条件下充电结束/停止试验,并给出了典型非正常状态下充电终止的实测案例和数据结果图。In this paper,the possible existence of quality risk sources of electric vehicle charging products are classified and analyzed in detail.The on-site safety behavior inspection items and requirements of the AC charging station products with the considerable application scopes and market coverage rates are analyzed in detail based on the corresponding standards.AC charging functional and behavior testing items,including control pilot test and charging end/stop test under abnormal conditions,are studied in deep,and the measured data diagrams for typical conditions cases of abnormal charging termination are given.
