摘　　要：GJB 5148[1]对火炮系统提出了环境试验考核要求,要求考核火炮自动机在高低温环境下零部件的强度、机构动作的可靠性、以及射击指标能否满足火炮作战要求。本文主要介绍了一种火炮系统防冲击、防振动高低温湿热环境射击试验箱的设计,与普通环境试验箱不同处在于,在保障设备稳定工作的条件下,可进行火炮系统实弹射击试验,其中一个主要功能就是防火焰冲击波、能耐受火炮射击过程中产生的振动冲击,在非标设备设计领域具有一定的挑战性。GJB 5148 puts forward the requirement of environmental test for artillery system,which requires to examine the strength of components,the reliability of mechanism action,and whether the firing index can meet the requirements of artillery operation in high and low temperature environment.This paper mainly introduces the design of a gun system anti-impact,anti-vibration firing test chamber in high and low temperature humid and hot environment,which is different from common environmental test chamber.Under the condition of stable security devices work,the artillery system can be tested with live fire.One main function is to prevent the fire blast,tolerated,produced in the process of shock and vibration of the howitzer,which is a certain challenging in the field of non-standard equipment design.
