摘  要:针对大口径线膛炮发射瞬间身管会发生扭转给炮口振动位移测量带来影响,提出了一种利用高速摄像技术测试大口径线膛炮炮口振动位移的方法。根据大口径火炮炮口振动特性,选择将平面镜架设于火炮前方,利用高速摄像机拍摄平面镜反射的带有标记的炮口运动图像,通过基于亚像素的数字图像处理技术实现炮口振动位移的高精度测量,该方法可将炮口振动位移从身管扭转位移中分离出,消除线膛炮身管扭转对测试结果造成的影响,提高炮口振动位移的测试精度。通过实弹射击,得到了平角射击条件下某155 mm火炮炮口的振动位移量,验证了该方法的有效性,为后续大口径线膛炮炮口振动位移测量提供了依据。Aiming at the large-caliber rifle gun′s barrel instantaneous torsion at the moment of firing,which affects the muzzle vibration displacement measurement,a method for testing the muzzle vibration displacement of large-caliber rifled guns with a high-speed photography was proposed.According to muzzle vibration characteristics of large-caliber guns,a plane mirror was set on the front of the muzzle,with a high-speed camera employed to capture muzzle moving image with the mark reflected by the plane mirror,and with the sub-pixel-based digital image processing technology used to achieve high-precision measurement of muzzle vibration displacement.This method separates the muzzle vibration displacement from the barrel torsion displacement,eliminates the influence of the rifled gun′s barrel torsion on the test result,and improves the accuracy of the muzzle vibration displacement.The live-ammunition firing was used to obtain the vibration displacement of a 155 mm gun muzzle in flat-angle firing conditions.The validity of the method was verified,which provides a basis for the subsequent vibration displacement measurement of large-caliber rifle guns.
