摘　　要：真武汤是治疗阳虚水泛的名方,也是陈潮祖教授最擅运用的方剂之一。陈老深研经典,博采众家,认为当今内伤杂病患者,以阳虚者居多,阳虚则水液代谢失调,其症状泛见于脏腑经络、表里内外、四肢百骸。真武汤所治病症甚广,并无主症可言,辨治要点是把握舌象。陈潮祖教授对真武汤的精妙运用源于深刻析理与准确辨证,本文就整理的陈老的三个医案展开论述。Zhenwu decoction is a famous prescription for the treatment of Yang-deficiency and Water disorder,and it is also one of the best used prescriptions by Professor Chen chaozu.Professor Chen studied the classics deeply and learned from others.He believed that the current internal injury and miscellaneous diseases were mainly caused by Yang-deficiency which leads to disorder of Water and Fluid metabolism.The symptoms include viscera,meridians,interior and exterior of the whole body.Zhenwu Decoction can treat many kinds of diseases,and there is no main symptom.The key point of syndrome differentiation and treatment is to grasp the tongue image.His exquisite use of Zhenwu decoction was derived from the profound analysis and accurate syndrome differentiation.This paper discusses three medical cases to show Professor Chen’s academic theory and clinical experience.
