肺磨玻璃结节中医诊治思路浅探

摘　　要：本文提出“正气亏虚,邪毒搏结”是肺磨玻璃结节的核心病机,其中正虚是内因,邪毒外凑是外因。内因正虚与情志内伤、饮食失宜、劳逸失度及先天禀赋不足相关,外因邪实主要与感受烟毒雾霾、六淫邪气、电离辐射等有关。正气亏虚,卫外不固,邪毒乘虚而入,导致肺气郁闭,宣降失司,津液输布障碍,集聚成痰,痰凝气滞,痹阻络脉,痰瘀胶结,日久形成结节。据此确立了化痰活血、解毒散结及补肺益气的基本治法,临证常以散结汤为基本方加减化裁,收获良效。This article proposes that“Healthy Qi is deficient,pathogenic and poisonous factors invade the body”are the core pathogenesis of ground glass nodules of pulmonary.Internal causes are blamed for emotional trauma,dietary irregularities,excessive activity,and innate endowment insufficiency.External causes are mainly related to smoke and smog,six excesses,and ionizing radiation.Because of deficiency of healthy Qi,defense-exterior insecurity,so pathogenic and poisonous factors can invade the body,which would lead to lung Qi stagnation,fluid delivery obstacles,accumulation of phlegm,binding of phlegm,Qi and blood stasis,and finally ground glass nodules are produced.Based on this,the basic treatment principles are resolving phlegm and activating blood circulation,detoxifying and disperse nodule,and nourishing the lung Qi.In clinical practice,we often use Sanjie Decoction as the basic treatment for ground glass nodules of pulmonary and achieved good results.
