从“热”论治Ig A肾病

摘　　要：Ig A肾病属中医的“尿血”范畴,笔者认为其致病因素非瘀、非虚、非伏邪,而以热邪为主,临床治疗Ig A肾病时应将清热贯彻始终。急性期用药以银翘散化裁;慢性期用药以升降散和紫草、茜草为主;兼夹湿邪时佐以祛湿;有虚热时兼以滋阴清热。本文介绍从热论治Ig A肾病经验,为临床中医治疗Ig A肾病提供思路。IgA nephropathy belongs to the category of“micturition of blood”in traditional Chinese medicine.The author admit that the pathogenic factors are not stasis,deficiency or underlying pathogenic factors,but Heat pathogenic factors are the main pathogenic factors.Clearing away Heat is throughout the IgA nephropathy treatment;Yinqiao powder is used in the acute stage;Shengjiang Powder added radix Shikonin and alizarin grass are used in the chronic stage;While combining Damp Heat,remove Dampness;while combining internal Heat due to Yin deficiency,should nourish Yin and clearing Heat.This paper introduce treatment of IgA nephropathy from“Heat”so as to provide ideas for the clinical treatment of IgA nephropathy in traditional Chinese medicine.
