摘　　要：公交、物流等专用车辆充电站点在建设运营过程中面临充电设施接入相对繁琐、充电操作流程复杂、结算类型单一、缺乏车辆考核手段等问题,为此本文提出了构建专用车辆使用的充电服务平台的设想。示范应用结果表明,专用充电服务平台技术方案有效地解决了专用车辆充电面临的问题,为专用车辆充电服务业务发展提供了重要的理论依据和探索,具有重要的研究和应用价值。The charging of electric vehicles in special area,such as public transport and logistics,etc.has the problems that accessing mode and charging operations for the charging facilities are complicated,settlement type are single,lack of effective vehicle assessment means.To solve these problems,the idea of building a charging service platform for special vehicle is put forward.The demonstration application results show that the special charging service platform technology scheme effectively solves the problem of the special vehicle charging,and provides important theoretical basis and application exploration for the development of the special vehicle charging service business,and has important research and application value.
