“围城必阙”——箍围药在肿瘤绿色治疗中的应用

摘　　要："围城必阙"出自《孙子兵法·军争篇》,意为:围城之战,需要留出一门,这样守方以为留有一线生机,作战便不会以全力相对,故而便于攻方破城。肿瘤绿色治疗特别重视中医外治疗法的应用,讲求内外同治。箍围疗法作为中医外治疗法的重要组成部分,以箍围药布局在恶性肿瘤周围,对其进行围困,进而缩小肿瘤范围,并且在肿瘤周围人为的营造出一个"护场",进一步抑制肿瘤生长,在肿瘤的治疗上具有相当的优势,与"围城必阙"有异曲同工之妙。The saying"A siege must be missed"comes from The Art of War of Sun Tzu:Military Struggle.It means that in a siege battle,a door needs to be set aside so that the defender thinks that there is a chance of survival and they will not fight with full strength,so it is convenient for the attacker to break the city.Green treatment of tumor attaches great importance to the application of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),and stresses the simultaneous treatment of both internal and external.As an important part of the TCM external treatment,encircling therapy is clinically applied to arrange encircling paste around the malignant tumor"to besiege it",thereby reducing the scope of the tumor and artificially creating a"guard field"around the tumor to further inhibit the tumor growth.The encircling therapy,similar to the idea of the saying"A siege must be missed",has a considerable advantage in the treatment of malignant tumors.
