仝小林运用黄柏、生蒲黄、橘核治疗湿热瘀阻型慢性前列腺炎

摘　　要：仝小林院士认为湿热瘀阻型慢性前列腺炎患者在辨证上,需在以下3个要点上与疾病后期进入虚寒阶段者进行鉴别:辨尿之寒热,辨痛之虚实,辨阳痿之身心。仝小林认为下焦湿热,瘀阻经络,气机不畅为核心病机,宜清热燥湿解毒,行气化瘀,选用黄柏、生蒲黄、橘核组成三味小方,黄柏常用剂量为9~30 g,生蒲黄9~15 g,橘核15~30 g,临床随证加减,疗效显著。Chronic prostatitis is a common chronic disease,and damp heat and blood stasis is its common TCM syndrome type.Professor Tong Xiaolin maintains that syndrome differentiation of CP patients with damp heat and blood stasis type needs to be distinguished from that of patients who manifest syndromes of deficiency and cold in the later stage of the disease in the following three points:distinguishing cold or heat in urine,deficiency or excess of pain,impotence mainly because of body pain or brain.He believes that the core pathogenesis is dampness and heat assembled in lower jiao,blood stasis obstructing meridians and obstructed qi mechanism.It is appropriate to clear away heat,dry dampness and detoxify,to activate qi and remove blood stasis.For this purpose,he chooses three ingredients,including amur cork-tree,unprepared cattail pollen and tangerine seed to form the a prescription.The common dosage of amur cork-tree is 9-30 g,raw cattail pollen 9-15 g,tangerine seed is 15-30 g.The respective dosage of the above ingredients may be clinically increased or decreased.The clinical effect turns out significant.
