大补元煎治疗良性阵发性位置性眩晕残余头晕

摘　　要：目的观察大补元煎治疗复位后残余头晕(肾元亏虚型)的良性阵发性位置性眩晕患者的临床疗效。方法复位后残余头晕患者116例,随机分为中药组38例、西药组39例、对照组39例。中药组予大补元煎口服14 d,西药组予盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊口服14 d,对照组不予药物口服。治疗前、7 d后、14 d后3组均行眩晕残障量表(DHI)评分,复位后1 d、7 d、14 d,3组均行视觉模拟(VAS)评分,比较三者的结果。结果7 d后中药组和对照组DHI评分及VAS评分均有显著性差异(P<0.01);14 d后3组之间DHI评分均有统计学意义(P<0.01),VAS评分均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论大补元煎可以显著提高良性阵发性位置性眩晕残余头晕(肾元亏虚型)患者的生活质量,明显改善残余头晕的症状。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Dabuyuan Decoction in the treatment of residual dizziness(kidney origin deficiency type)after reduction in the patients with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo(BPPV).Methods 116 patients,with residual dizziness after reduction,were randomly divided into 38 cases in traditional Chinese medicine group,39 cases in western medicine group,and 39 cases in control group.The traditional Chinese medicine group was given Dabuyuan Decoction orally for 14 days,while the western medicine group was given flunarizine hydrochloride capsules for 14 days,and the control group was not given any oral medication.The vertigo disability scale(DHI)scores were performed before treatment,on the 7th day and the 14th day after treatment.Visual analogue scale(VAS)scores were counted on the 1st,7th and 14th day after reduction.The results of the three groups were compared.Results After 7 days,there were significant differences in DHI scores and VAS scores between the Chinese medicine group and the control group(P<0.01);after 14 days,there were significant differences in DHI scores among the three groups(P<0.01),and so were the differences in VAS scores(P<0.05).Conclusion Dabuyuan Decoction can significantly improve the quality of life of BPPV patients with residual dizziness(kidney origin deficiency type),and significantly relieve the symptoms of residual dizziness.
