解毒生肌膏对糖尿病溃疡皮肤微生态平衡的作用机制

摘　　要：目的探究解毒生肌膏对2型糖尿病大鼠溃疡皮肤微生态平衡的影响。方法将30只清洁级雄性SD大鼠经STZ诱导,以2型糖尿病大鼠背部全层皮肤缺损为模型,随机分为模型组、解毒生肌膏组(主要有全蝎、蜈蚣组成)、银锌皮肤黏膜抑菌霜组。模型组不做处理,其余2组分别给予相应药物外敷,每天1次,共21 d。各组分别于干预后3、7、14、21 d Masson染色观察皮肤溃疡修复情况,采用LFT-1红外线敏感温度计检测创面温度,精密pH试纸检测创面pH值。结果解毒生肌膏组第3天、第7天创面组织炎症细胞数量减少,肉芽组织数量、胶原比例增加;解毒生肌膏组第7天pH值低于模型组(P<0.05),创面温度不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论解毒生肌膏可调节创面pH值趋向正常,减轻创面炎症反应,改善创面微生态,从而促进糖尿病溃疡愈合。Objective To investigate the effect of Jiedu Shengji Ointment on microecological balance of ulcer skin in type 2 diabetic rats.Methods Thirty clean male SD rats were induced by STZ,and the full-thickness skin defects on the back of type 2 diabetic rats were used as a model.They were randomly divided into a model group,a Jiedu Shengji Ointment group(mainly composed of whole scorpion and centipede)and silver zinc skin dermal mucosa bacteriostatic cream group.The model group was not treated,and the other two groups were given corresponding drugs for external application,once a day for 21 days.In each group,Masson staining was used to observe the repair of skin ulcers on the wounds on the 3rd,7th,14th and 21rt d after the intervention.Use LFT-1 infrared sensitive thermometer to detect the temperature of the wound surface,and precision pH test paper to detect the pH value of the wound surface.Results On the 3rd and 7th days,in the Jiedu Shengji Ointment group,the number of inflammatory cells decreased,and the number of granulation tissues and collagen increased;on the 7th day,the pH value of the Jiedu Shengji Ointment group was lower than that of the model group(P<0.05).The temperature difference of the wound surface was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Jiedu Shengji Ointment can adjust the pH value of the wound surface to normal,advance and reduce the inflammation reaction of the wound surface,improve the wound microecology,and promote the healing of diabetic ulcer.
