摘　　要：天南星作为我国传统的药用植物,有着悠久的临床用药历史。研究表明,天南星主要含有生物碱类、黄酮类、甾醇类、脂肪酸类、酚类及木脂素类等化学成分,具有抗肿瘤、抑菌、抗炎、灭螺、杀虫和抗凝血等多种药理作用。本文对近年来国内外关于《中国药典》2015年版中收载的天南星的化学成分、药理作用及毒性的研究进行了综述,以期为天南星的深入研究和综合开发利用提供基础资料。As a traditional Chinese medicinal plant in China,Arisaematis Rhizoma has a long history of clinical medicinal usage.Researches have showed that Arisaematis Rhizoma mainly contains alkaloids,flavonoids,sterols,fatty acids,phenols,lignans and other chemical components,giving it various pharmacological effects such as antitumor,bacteriostatic,antiinflammatory,snail control,insecticidal.and anticoagulant.In this review,we summarized the recent researches on the chemical composition,pharmacological effects and toxicity of Arisaematis Rhizoma included in the 2015 edition of"Chinese Pharmacopoeia",so as to provide basic information for the in-depth research and comprehensive development and utilization of Arisaematis Rhizoma.
