摘 要:为了探究参数间耦合作用对数字液压作动系统稳定性的影响,基于单参数分析结果,通过选取合适的辅助方程构建了最小增广系统模型,提高了利用数值延拓法进行双参数分岔分析的鲁棒性和计算效率,得到了系统在二维参数平面内的Hopf分岔边界并进行了分析和验证。研究结果表明:数字液压作动系统的活塞直径、控制阀口面积梯度、反馈丝杠导程以及运行速度只有在分岔边界间的有限稳定区域内沿一定方向取值,才能保证系统始终动态稳定且性能更佳;双参数分岔分析充分体现了分岔参数间的相互作用,对指导系统的参数设计更具实际意义。To explore the effects of parametric coupling actions on the stability of digital hydraulic actuator system,a minimally extended defining system model was established based on the computing results of single-factor bifurcation analyses and by choosing the right auxiliary equations.This greatly improved the robustness and computational efficiency of numerical continuation for deploying two-parameter bifurcation analyses.Finally,Hopf bifurcation boundaries in two-dimension parameter planes of the system were obtained,analyzed and proved in detail.The results show that only when the parameters such as piston diameter,area gradient of control valve orifice,ball-screw pitch for feedback and running velocity being valued along some orientations in the finite stability regions among these bifurcation boundaries,the consistent dynamic stability and better performance of the system can be guaranteed.Two-parameter bifurcation analyses effectively reveal the interactions between bifurcation parameters,which make more practical sense to provide guidance for system parameter design.
