补中益气汤治疗全膝关节置换术后气虚发热的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:观察补中益气汤治疗全膝关节置换术后气虚发热的疗效。方法:将50例全膝关节置换术后气虚发热患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组25例。对照组给予物理降温、退热药物等常规对症治疗,观察组在对照组基础上辅用中药复方补中益气汤。监测两组体温与临床症状积分,评定临床疗效。结果:观察组治疗后3 d、5 d、7 d体温、临床症状积分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组临床总有效率(92.00%,23/25),显著高于对照组(72.00%,18/25),组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补中益气汤治疗全膝关节置换术后气虚发热,可有效改善自汗、气短、神疲、发热等症状,提升治疗效果。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Buzhong Yiqi decoction on qi deficiency fever after total knee replacement.Methods:50 patients with qi deficiency fever after total knee arthroplasty were randomly divided into two groups:the observation group and the control group,25 cases in each group.The body temperature and clinical symptom scores of the two groups were monitored to evaluate the clinical effect.Results:The body temperature and clinical symptom scores of the patients were significantly lower than those of the control group on the 3rd,5th and 7th day after treatment(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 92.00%(23/25),which was significantly higher than that of the control group(72.00%,18/25)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Buzhong Yiqi decoction can effectively dicrease the symptoms and signs of patients with self perspiration,shortness of breath,fatigue and fever,and improve the clinical effect.
