摘　　要：介绍潘金辉教授治疗溃疡性结肠炎经验,临床分为4个证型,脾虚湿盛型治以健脾化湿、理气止痛,自拟六和痛泻方;湿热下注型治以清热祛风、理肠止泻,自拟痛泻香连丸;脾肾阳虚型治以补肾温阳、健脾止泻,自拟理中四神丸;寒热错杂型治以辛开苦降、平调寒热,自拟养脏汤治疗。同时强调规范饮食,因人制宜,提倡个体化治疗。This paper introduces Professor Pan Jinhui’s experience in the treatment of ulcerative colitis.There are four clinical types.The treatment of spleen deficiency and dampness is to invigorate the spleen and turn dampness into dampness,regulate qi and relieve pain,used the liuhe tongxie Chinese medicine.The damp heat injection type is treated by clearing away heat and expelling wind,regulating in-testines and stopping diarrhea,which is self-made Tongxie Xianglian pill;the spleen kidney yang deficiency type is treated by invigorat-ing the kidney and warming Yang,strengthening the spleen and stopping diarrhea,which is self-made Li zhong Si shen pill;the cold heat mixed type is treated by Xinkai Kujiang,calming the cold heat,and self-made yangzang decoction.At the same time,it emphasizes to regulate diet,adjust measures to individual conditions and advocate individualized treatment.
