摘　　要：类风湿关节炎(RA)是一种病因未明的自身免疫反应导致的慢性全身性炎症性疾病,属于中医学“痹病”范畴,目前尚未找到根治的办法。中成药治疗RA已有悠久的历史,其疗效及安全性已获得广泛认可。本文回顾近几年文献,就丸剂、颗粒剂、片剂、胶囊剂等制剂形态的中成药治疗RA的研究进展进行综述。Rheumatoid arthritis(RA)is a chronic systemic inflammatory disease caused by autoimmune reaction with unknown etiology.It belongs to the category of"Bi disease"in traditional Chinese medicine,and no radical method has been found.Chinese patent medicine has a long history in the treatment of RA,and its efficacy and safety have been widely recognized.This article reviews the literature in recent years,and reviews the research progress of Chinese patent medicine in the form of pills,granules,tablets,capsules and other preparations in the treatment of RA.
