摘 要:大庆长垣油田进入“双特高”开发阶段,三类油层已成为长垣油田重要开发油层。为了改善大庆长垣油田三类油层开发效果,进一步提高采收率,通过测试、动态、静态数据分析,以水平缝理论为指导,室内实验和数值模拟预测相结合的方法,开展了大庆长垣油田三类油层压裂驱油提高采收率技术研究。结果表明:优选一元表活剂(质量分数0.4%的石油磺酸盐)和碱表二元体系(质量分数0.4%石油磺酸盐+质量分数0.8%碳酸钠弱碱)为三类油层的压裂驱油液时,油水界面张力最低;压裂驱油液的注入孔隙体积倍数为0.2~0.3时,提高采收率最为显著。三类油层压裂驱油现场试验证明,应用此项技术可提高采收率12.9%。Type Ⅲ oil reservoirs have become the important developed oil layers in Placanticline Oilfield as it enters dual extra-high stage with ultra-high water cut and recovery factor. In order to improve the development effects of this kind of oil reservoirs, it is needed to further enhance the oil recovery. Based on the analyses of test, dynamic and static data and guided by the horizontal fracture theory, the research on the EOR technique by fracturing and flooding for Type Ⅲ oil reservoirs in Daqing Placanticline Oilfield was carried out by combing laboratory test and numerical simulation prediction. The research results show that when the single surfactant( petroleum sulfonate with mass-concentration of 0.4%) and alkali-surfactant binary system(petroleum sulfonate with mass-concentration of 0.4% and sodium-carbonate weak alkali with mass-concentration of 0.8%) were selected as the reservoir fracturing and flooding fluids, the oil-water interfacial tension is the lowest. And when the injected volume multiple of the fluids is 0.2~0.3, the oil recovery rate is the most significant. The field test of the fracturing and flooding in Type Ⅲ oil reservoir shows that the recovery factor can by increased by 12.9%.
