摘 要:根据某重型卡车前轴的锻件结构特点与技术要求,进行精密辊锻-模锻成形工艺设计。基于实际生产参数和有限元分析软件对成形工艺进行数值模拟,针对模拟过程中遇到的"工"字筋填充不满问题进行模具结构改进,最终进行物理试验验证模拟的准确性。According to the characteristics and technical requirements of the front axle of heavy truck,the precision roll forging-die forging process design of the front axle was carried out.Based on the actual production parameters of a forging company and the finite element analysis software,the forming process was numerically simulated.In order to solve the problem of unsatisfactory fill⁃ing of the joist in the simulation process,the die was improved.Finally,the physical experiments were performed to verify the accuracy of the simulation.
