颈痛康复的文献计量学及可视化研究

摘　　要：目的应用文献计量学及可视化技术分析全球颈痛康复研究热点及前沿趋势。方法以Web of Science核心合集数据库为数据来源,以"neck pain"等主题词检索2011-2020年发表的颈痛康复领域的相关研究。使用Web of Science提供的"创建引文报告"及"分析检索结果"功能,以及CiteSpace软件知识图谱绘制功能,对检索到的研究进行文献计量学和可视化分析。结果共检索到1 678篇颈痛康复领域的相关研究,研究数量和被引用次数逐年增加,研究数量排名前列的国家和研究机构大多来自美国、欧洲、澳大利亚和韩国等国家。颈痛康复热点研究涉及流行病学、疼痛机制、评定、干预、预测预后等研究等。颈痛康复领域关键节点文献的研究设计以随机对照研究和系统评价/meta分析类为主。结论颈-肩-肩胛-胸部肌肉锻炼、颈深屈肌、斜方肌、本体感觉、颈椎活动度、针灸、胸椎猛推手法等相关研究是目前颈痛康复研究的热点。颈痛机制、疼痛和压力自我管理、运动恐惧症和恐惧躲避、疼痛灾难化、功能能力评估、压力疼痛阈值、临床预测规则、颈椎关节位置觉偏差测量等,代表了颈痛康复新兴研究领域的部分趋势。Objective To analyze the research focus and frontier of the cervical pain rehabilitation by bibliometrics and visualization technology.Methods In the Web of Science(WOS) core database,the relevant researches in the field of cervical pain rehabilitation published in 2011-2020 was retrieved with the subject terms "neck pain," etc. Using the functions of "creating citation reports" and "analyzing retrieval results" provided by the WOS,as well as the function of drawing knowledge map of CiteSpace,the retrieved literature was scientifically measured and visualized.Results A total of 1678 related studies on neck pain rehabilitation were included.The number of papers and citations increased year by year,Most of the papers come from the research institutions in the United States,Europe,Australia and South Korea;The current research hotspot involved:epidemiology,pain mechanisms,assessment,intervention,predictive studies of results,etc.The randomized controlled study or systematic evaluation or meta-analysis were the main research designs of key node reference on neck pain rehabilitation.Conclusion The study of Rehabilitation assessment,musculoskeletal manipulation and exercise therapy,such as cervical deep flexor,trapezius,specific strengthening exercises of neck,scapulothoracic and shoulder,proprioception,range of motion of cervical,acupuncture,thoracic thrust manipulation,is the focus of the current cervical pain rehabilitation research.Some new term,such as "cervical pain mechanisms","pain and stress selfmanagement interventions", "Kinesiophobia and fear avoidance", "pain catastrophising", "functional capacity evaluation", "pressure pain thresholds," "clinical prediction rules",and "cervical joint position(sense)error ",may suggest the frontier in emerging research areas of cervical pain rehabilitation.
