一年生钟萼木苗不同生长类型差异性与划分原理研究

摘　　要：目的:钟萼木是我国珍贵树种,目前处于濒危状态,本研究对该树种保护具有重要价值。本试验利用钟萼木1年生苗木高,地径生长性状多样性,早期分化,研究1年生苗木高与地径生长不同生长类型,为该树种苗木不同遗传品质划分提供理论依据。方法:应用“正态分布标准差分类法”,分别以该树种群体高、地径生长的标准差值作为区间间隔值,把高、地径性状生长划分为A、B、C、D、E、F、G、H等8种不同生长类型,以不同生长类型区间平均值作为不同处理水平试验值,进行差异性检验分析。结果:不同生长类型间相邻生长类型处理达到显著差异,非相邻生长类型间处理达极显著水平,应用“正态分布标准差分类法”划分不同生长类型能定量区分不同生长类型个体,可把连续性状生长划分成间断性状生长类型,客观确定临界个体生长类型。结论:该方法划分钟萼木苗木不同生长类型具有科学性,能较好划分不同遗传品质生长类型,适宜生产操作应用,为苗木不同遗传品质的等级筛选与分类提供理论依据。Objective:Bretschneidera sinensis Hems L.as a rare tree species in China,the study would be great value for its protection.This experiment studied the diversity of growth traits and early differentiation of 1-year-old seedlings,to providing a theoretical basis for the division of different genetic qualities of seedlings.Method:Application method of normal distribution standard deviation classification,the growth of height and ground diameter traits were divided into 8 different growth types(A,B,C,D,E,F,G and H),and the average values of different growth types were taken as the test values of different treatment levels to test and analyze the difference.Results:Different growth type reached significant difference between adjacent growth type processing,the processing of extremely significant level between adjacent growth type,the application of"normal distribution standard deviation classification"division of different growth types can grow quantitatively distinguish between different types of individuals,but the continuity characteristics of growth traits into intermittent type,objective to determine the critical type of individual growth.Conclusion:The method can be used to classify the growth types of different genetic qualities of seedlings.It can provide theoretical basis for screening and classification of different genetic qualities of seedlings.
