摘  要:为了提高相渗透率改善剂的耐温性、抗盐性和时效性,以改型丙烯酰胺(AM)为主体,植入阴离子基团,采用溶液聚合的方法,合成了一种新型疏水缔合型聚合物(HHA-RPM)并配制出HHA-RPM体系。对体系的耐温性、抗盐性、时效性和相渗改善效果进行了室内评价实验,并开展了现场应用试验。室内实验表明,在90~120℃区间,体系有良好的耐温性能;当含盐量为1.0%时,依然保持一定的黏度,表明了该体系具有良好的抗盐性;添加了0.05%抗氧化剂,该体系具有良好的时效性;该相渗改善剂体系能有效降低水相渗透率,对油相渗透率影响较小。现场应用表明,该体系的增油降水效果显著,初期平均单井日增油3.61 t,含水率平均降低17.66百分点。In order to improve the temperature tolerance,salt resistance and timeliness of relative permeability modifier(RPM),a new type of hydrophobically associating polymer(HHA-RPM)was synthetized by means of the solution polymerization method by taking the modified acrylamide(AM)as the main part and implanting anionic group.In addition,HHA-RPM system was prepared.Then,laboratory evaluation experiment was carried out on its temperature tolerance,salt resistance,timeliness and relative permeability improvement effect,and field application test was conducted.The laboratory experiment shows that the temperature tolerance of the system is good when the temperature is between 90℃and 120℃.When the salt content is 1.0%,the viscosity is still remained to a certain degree,indicating its good salt resistance.After 0.05%antioxidant is added,the timeliness of this system is good.And this system can reduce water permeability effectively,but has less influence on oil permeability.The field application indicates that this system is remarkably effective in oil production increase and water production decrease.In the initial stage,the average daily oil production increase of single well is 3.61 t,and the average water cut is reduced by 17.66 percentage point.
