中药熏蒸结合中频治疗仪对膝骨性关节炎患者疼痛及关节功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察中药熏蒸结合中频治疗仪应用于膝骨性关节炎患者中的效果。方法:将64例膝骨性关节炎患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各32例。对照组给予硫酸氨基葡萄糖、塞来昔布胶囊及关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠等治疗;观察组于对照组治疗基础上采用电脑中频治疗仪、中药熏蒸治疗。评价2组治疗疗效,采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评价2组患者干预前后关节疼痛程度,采用Lysholm膝关节康复量表评价2组患者膝关节功能状况。记录治疗期间安全性。结果:观察组治疗总有效率87.50%,高于对照组65.63%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组干预前运动性疼痛、压痛点疼痛评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组干预后运动性疼痛、压痛点疼痛评分分别为低于对照组,且较干预前显著下降(P<0.05)。2组干预后膝关节功能较前改善,观察组干预后膝关节功能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗期间均未出现明显异常现象。结论:中药熏蒸联合中频治疗仪用于临床治疗膝骨性关节炎效果显著,可减轻患者疼痛,改善其关节功能,同时具有较高安全性。Objective:To observe the application effect of Chinese herbal fumigation combined with intermediatefrequency therapeutic apparatus on patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods:A total of 64 cases of patients with knee osteoarthritis were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,32 cases in each group.The control group was given glucosamine sulfat,Celecoxib capsules,and intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate,and the observation group was additionally given computerized intermediate-frequency therapeutic apparatus and Chinese herbal fumigation based on the treatment of the control group.The clinical effect was evaluated in the two groups.In the two groups,Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)was applied to evaluating arthralgia degree before and after intervention,and Lysholm Knee Score Scale to evaluating the knee joint function.During treatment,safety was recorded.Results:The total effective rate was 87.50%in the observation group,higher than that of 65.63%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of scores of exercise pain and pain at tender points between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,in the observation group,scores of exercise pain and pain at tender points were lower than those in the control group respectively,and the two scores were decreased significantly when compared with those before intervention(P<0.05).After intervention,the knee joint function in the two groups was improved when compared with that before intervention,and the score of the knee joint function in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).During treatment,no significant abnormal events occurred in the two groups.Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of knee osteoarthritis, the therapy of Chinese herbal fumigation combined with intermediate- frequency therapeutic apparatus hassignificant curative effect,w
