胃舒贴穴位贴敷联合穴位推拿治疗胃癌根治术后胃肠功能障碍临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察胃舒贴穴位贴敷联合穴位推拿治疗胃癌根治术后胃肠功能障碍的临床疗效。方法:选取110例胃癌手术后患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各55例。2组患者均给予胃癌根治术后常规处理,对照组给予穴位推拿治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予胃舒贴穴位贴敷治疗。比较2组术后首次排气、排便、肠鸣音的恢复时间,评价临床疗效、生活质量。结果:观察组优良率为60.00%,高于对照组40.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后首次排气、排便时间以及肠鸣音恢复时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组角色功能、躯体功能、情绪功能、认知功能、社会功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:胃舒贴穴位贴敷联合穴位推拿能明显改善胃癌根治术后患者的胃肠功能,提高患者的生活质量,疗效较好。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of point application with Weishu paste combined with point massage for gastrointestinal dysfunction after radical gastrectomy.Methods:A total of 110 cases of patients undergoing gastric cancer surgery were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,55 cases in each group.Both groups were given routine treatment after radical gastrectomy;the control group was additionally given point massage,and the observation group was additionally given point application with Weishu paste based on the treatment of the control group.The time of the first anal exhaust and defecation,and the recovery time of bowel sound after surgery were compared between the two groups.The clinical effect and quality of life were evaluated.Results:The excellent and good rate was 60.00%in the observation group,higher than that of 40.00%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).The time of the first anal exhaust and defecation,and the recovery time of bowel sound after surgery in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of role function,body function,emotional function,cognitive function,and social function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of point application with Weishu paste combined with point massage can significantly improve gastrointestinal function of patients after radical gastrectomy,and increase their quality of life with better curative effect.
