摘  要:感染人类的冠状病毒已发现7种,新型冠状病毒(SARS-CoV-2)在全球范围内不断扩散蔓延,感染人数不断增多,国内外均有医护人员感染的报道。该病毒除了通过直接接触和飞沫传播外,还存在气溶胶传播的可能。气溶胶感染常发于医疗机构或存在感染源的密闭的交通工具内。相对于其他传播模式,气溶胶感染的扩散机制、传播因素尚待进一步阐明。本文总结了病毒气溶胶基本特性、研究方法及实验室防护的研究进展,阐述病毒气溶胶在实验室、医院病区等密闭空间的传播及生物安全的重要性。Seven coronaviruses have been found to infect humans. Novel coronavirus(SARS-CoV-2) continues to spread around the world,the number of infections keeps increasing,there are reports of infection among medical staff domestic and abroad. The virus is not only transmitted through direct contact and droplets,but also has the possibility of aerosol infection. Aerosol infection often occurs in medical organizations or airtight vehicles with infection sources. Compared with other ways of transmission,the spread mechanism and transmission factors of aerosol infection need to be further clarified. In this paper,the basic characteristics,research methods and progress of virus aerosol in laboratory are summarized,and the importance of virus aerosol in confined space such as laboratory,hospital ward and biosafety is expounded.
