摘　　要：随着教育信息化2.0行动计划的实施,教育信息化大环境形成。安徽方言语音对于英语口语中语音语调具有负迁移作用。基于此,应依靠信息化环境运用信息化技术手段弱化和改善负迁移作用,从而提高皖方言英语学习者的英语语言输出质量。With the implementation of the education informationization 2.0 action plan,the education informationization environment has been formed.Anhui Dialect pronunciation has a negative transfer effect on pronunciation and intonation in spoken English.Therefore,it is necessary to rely on the information environment and use information technology to weaken and reduce the negative transfer effect,so as to improve the English language output quality of English learners who speak Anhui dialect.
