缬沙坦氨氯地平片联合辛伐他汀治疗老年高血压合并血脂异常患者的疗效及血清学变化分析

摘　　要：目的探讨缬沙坦氨氯地平片联合辛伐他汀对老年高血压合并血脂异常患者疗效及血清学变化分析。方法选取2018年2月至2019年6月本院收治的老年高血压合并血脂异常患者142例,按照随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,其中对照组采用缬沙坦氨氯地平片,试验组采用缬沙坦氨氯地平片联合辛伐他汀,每组各71例,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果、血脂指标、血压情况及并发症发生情况。结果试验组总有效率为95.77%,高于对照组的81.69%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前TG、TC、LDL-C和HDL-C比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后试验组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组舒张压及收缩压比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组均有明显改善,且试验组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者血压恢复正常的时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组并发症总发生率为5.63%,对照组为8.45%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论缬沙坦氨氯地平片联合辛伐他汀在治疗老年高血压合并血脂异常患者中具有较好的临床疗效,可以降低血压、改善血脂指标,且安全性较好,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the efficacy of valsartan and amlodipine combined with simvastatin and serological changes in elderly patients with hypertension and dyslipidemia.Methods A total of 142 elderly patients with hypertension and dyslipidemia who were admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to June 2019 were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the random number table method.The control group received valsartan and amlodipine tablets,the experimental group received valsartan and amlodipine tablets combined with simvastatin,with 71 cases in each group.The clinical efficacy,blood lipid indexes,blood pressure and complications of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 95.77%,higher than 81.69%of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in TG,TC,LDL-C and HDL-C between the two groups before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the TG,TC,LDL-C and HDL-C in the experimental group were significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the diastolic and systolic blood pressure between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the diastolic and systolic blood pressure of both groups got much better.And the diastolic and systolic blood pressure of the experimental group were significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The time for the blood pressure of the experimental group to return to normal was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total complication rate between the experimental group(5.63%)and the control group(8.45%)(P>0.05).Conclusion Valsartan and amlodipine tablets combined with simvastatin have a good clinical effect in the treatment of elderly patients with hypertension and dyslipidemia,which can lower blood pressure and significantly improve the blood lipids of patients.It is safe and worthy of clinical promotion.
