摘  要:近年来,由于矿业开采强度增大,煤矿H2S涌出现象有增无减。为了有效去除矿井岩层中突出的H2S气体,采用浸渍法将CuO负载到碳纳米管上,形成CuO/碳纳米管脱硫剂。利用TEM-SEM,XRD,XPS和TG-DSC等技术,对该脱硫剂的形貌、质量变化、晶体结构、电子能量等参数进行表征。结果表明:在碳纳米管的支持和引导下,CuO晶体在碳纳米管富集较多的地方开始生长,形成不同尺度的CuO晶体的聚集体,具有多维分形结构体的多孔脱硫材料。在CuO晶体形成的同时,碳纳米管被CuO氧化,导致部分碳纳米管结构崩塌,只有极少部分碳纳米管仍存在于脱硫剂内部,形成碳纳米管负载CuO晶体复合结构。该脱硫剂拥有丰富的孔道结构、高比表面积,而且不同纳米团簇具有不同的结构特征的材料,在硫化氢等还原性有害气体的催化氧化脱除中具有潜在应用。In recent years,the increase of mining intensity has led to the increase of H2S emission in coal mines.In order to effectively remove the protruding H2S gas in the mine rock layer,CuO/carbon nanotube desulfurization agent was formed by loading CuO onto the carbon nanotubes by dipping method.The desulfurization agent morphology,quality changes,crystal structure,electronic energy and other parameters were characterized by TEM-SEM,XRD,XPS,TG-DSC and other technologies.The results indicated that with the support and guidance of carbon nanotubes,CuO crystals began to grow in places where carbon nanotubes were enriched,forming aggregates of CuO crystals of different sizes,and porous desulfurization materials with multidimensional fractal structures.And with the formation of CuO crystals,the carbon nanotubes were oxidized by CuO,which caused part of the carbon nanotube structure to collapse.Only a few of the carbon nanotubes still existed inside the desulfurization agent,forming a carbon nanotube-loaded CuO crystal composite structure.The desulfurizing agent has a rich pore structure,high specific surface area,and different nanoclusters have different structural characteristics of the material,which has potential applications oxidation removal of reducing harmful gases suchas hydrogen sulfide.
