摘 要:针对燃用不同干燥程度褐煤时的系统特性、主要参数的变化规律、热经济性及投资经济性问题,利用Ebsilon仿真软件建立以伊敏煤、霍林河煤和乌兰察布煤三种不同褐煤为设计煤种的600 MW机组模型,通过对供电标准煤耗率的设计值进行验证后,对用于燃用不同程度干燥煤的机组进行仿真,分析对比了煤量、入炉风量、锅炉烟气量、锅炉效率和全厂热经济性的仿真结果,并进行了褐煤预干燥系统的投资经济性分析。研究结果表明:各个机组热经济性在燃用不同程度的干燥褐煤时均有所提高,标准煤耗率最多可降低2~7 g/kW·h,对设计煤种水分较高的机组的节能效果尤其明显;可根据所得经济曲线对现有机组进行合理投资引入褐煤预干燥系统。A simulation model for 600 MW unit was built with Ebsilon program.Three kinds of lignites were considered,namely Yimin,Huolinhe and Wulancabu.System characteristics,change rule of main parameters,thermal economy and investment economy for burning lignite at different drying degrees were compared and analyzed.After the models were verified with corresponding design values,the simulations of burning different degrees of dry lignite were performed.The simulation results including mass flow of coal,mass flow of air into boiler and flue gas,boiler efficiency and plant thermal economy were compared and analyzed,and the investment economy of pre-drying system was also evaluated.The results show that: the thermal economy of each unit is improved for different degrees dry lignite,and the standard coal consumption rate can be reduced by 2-7 g/kW·h at most;the effect of energy saving is evident,especially for the units designed with higher moisture content;the reasonable investment of lignite pre-drying system for existing units can refer to the drawn economic curves.
