摘　　要：运用马克思主义的立场、观点和方法认识外交问题,是做好外交工作的重要前提。本文在文献研究的基础上,简要归纳了马克思、恩格斯和列宁对国际关系问题的论述,分析了其中蕴涵的思想精髓和理论要义,对如何继承和发展马克思主义理论并指导外交实践提出了初步设想。It is a critical prerequisite to take the position,view and method of Marxism in foreign affairs.On the basis of the research of literature,this paper briefly summarizes the expositions of Marx,Engels and Lenin on issues of international relations,analyzes the ideological and theoretical essence and puts forward some tentative ideas on how to inherit and develop Marxism theory and guide diplomatic practice.
