Comprehensive Evaluation of Technical Effect of Taihu Lake Water Environment Management Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process

摘  要:根据太湖水环境治理采取的措施,应用层次分析法,对应用于太湖水环境治理的4大类18种治理技术进行评价。首先从生态环境效益、经济效益和社会效益不同角度对18种治理技术进行了评价,依据构建的评估技术方案的综合评价体系选取最优的技术方案。最终结果表明:在生态效益优先时,人工曝气复氧技术和人工湿地技术最优,在经济效益优先时,人工曝气复氧技术和生物制剂原位净化技术最优,物理和化学处理技术较为可靠;在社会效益优先时,生态浮床技术和生态护岸技术最优,公众和政府对景观性要求更高。According to the measures taken for water environment treatment in Taihu Lake,the Analytic Hierarchy Process was used to evaluate 18 types of treatment technologies in 4 categories for water environment treatment in Taihu Lake.First of all,18 kinds of governance technologies were evaluated from different perspectives of ecological and environmental benefits,economic benefits and social benefits.Then,the best technical solution is selected based on the comprehensive evaluation system constructed to evaluate technical solutions.The final results show that the artificial aeration and reoxygenation technology and the constructed wetland technology are the best when ecological benefits are prioritized.When economic benefits are prioritized,artificial aeration and reoxygenation technology and in-situ purification of biological agents are the best;when social benefits are prioritized,ecological floating bed technology and ecological bank protection technology are optimal,and the public and the government have higher requirements for landscape.
