摘　　要：采用新型速练剂KR-9BK和速练剂KR-9D对纯棉梭织面料进行前处理,建立了中温快速一步法或短冷堆+中温氧漂前处理工艺。优化的新型前处理工艺在保证半成品及成品质量的同时,能明显节约能源,提高生产效率,具有明显的经济效益。The new fast scouring agents KR-9BK and KR-9D are used to pretreat the cotton woven fabric,and the shortened one-step pretreatment process at mild temperature or cold batch-mild temperature oxygen bleaching process is carried out.The optimized new pretreatment process can not only ensure the quality of semi-finished products and finished products,but also significantly save energy,improve production efficiency and have obvious economic benefits.
