摘　　要：针对预施碱活性染料印花工艺,选用四只含固率不同的聚丙烯酸类合成增稠剂,研究其流变性能,以及活性染料和其他助剂对其性能的影响,探索FL型活性染料印花的固色率和脱糊性能。结果表明,增稠剂品种的优选和专用助剂的添加,可提高活性染料印花的固色率。Four polyacrylate thickeners with different solid content are selected to study the rheological properties of the thickeners,and the effects of reactive dyes and other auxiliaries on the properties of the thickeners are discussed.The fixation rate and paste removal in FL reactive dye printing are ex⁃plored.The results show that the fixation rate of reactive dye printing can be improved by optimizing thickener varieties and adding special auxiliaries.
