摘  要:以自制高分子金属配合物CG为催化剂,构建CG/H_(2)O_(2)催化体系,将其应用于活性红K2BP模拟染色废水的脱色中。结果表明,当催化剂CG质量浓度为0.4 g/L,30%H_(2)O_(2)体积分数为4 mL/L,在50℃脱色25 min,活性红K2BP模拟染料废水有良好的脱色效果;提高废水中染料质量浓度会使脱色率降低;染色废水中氯化钠的存在有利于提高脱色速率,缩短脱色时间;催化剂CG重复脱色4次,脱色率基本不变,可回收再利用。CG/H_(2)O_(2) catalyst system is constructed by using self-made polymer metal complex CG,which is applied to decolorization of K2BP simulated dyeing wastewater.The results show that when catalyst CG is 0.4 g/L,30%H_(2)O_(2) is 4 mL/L,and the decolorization at 50℃for 25 min,the Reactive Red K2BP sim⁃ulated dye wastewater can be effectively degraded.Increasing the dye concentration in the wastewater will reduce the decolorization rate.The presence of sodium chloride in the dyeing wastewater is benefi⁃cial to increase the decolorization rate and shorten the decolorization time.The decolorization efficiency of the catalyst CG after four recycles will not decrease,it can be reused in practical application.
