摘　　要：维持性血液透析(maintenance hemodialysis,MHD)患者生理及心理功能严重受损,对MHD患者实施肾脏病康复计划(renal rehabilitation program,RRP)可显著提高患者生活质量。通过评估血液透析中心(hemodialysis center,HDC)的RRP实施状况,可以大大提高RRP成功的可行性。本文介绍了HDC康复实施状况的评估策略。Physical and psychological functions are severely impaired in maintenance hemodialysis(MHD)patients.Renal rehabilitation program(RRP)for MHD patients can significantly improve the quality of life.Evaluation of the implementation status of RRP can promote the successful implementation of RRP in hemodialysis centers.This article introduces the assessment method of RRP implementation in hemodialysis centers.
