摘 要:本实验采用乙二醇甲基丙烯酸酯磷酸酯(HEMAP)作为共聚功能单体,与交联功能单体N-(异丁氧基)甲基丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸甲酯等在可聚合型表面活性剂作用下通过乳液聚合法合成了磷酸酯改性丙烯酸酯乳液体系。通过粒径分析仪、红外光谱仪、热失重分析仪、电化学工作站、耐盐雾试验机等重点探讨不同含量HEMAP对乳液及涂层的粒径、结构、耐热性及耐腐蚀性的影响。结果表明,当磷酸酯功能单体的用量从0.5%增加到2%时,乳液粒径从883.7nm减小到427.9nm,PDI较低,且胶膜热失重速率变缓。加入HEMAP单体后涂层的腐蚀电位升高,腐蚀电流变小,阻抗值升高,金属基材的耐腐蚀性能变好。Phosphate ester modified acrylate(PAMA) emulsion was synthesized by using glycol methacrylate phosphate(HEMAP) as functional monomer, N-acrylamide as crosslinking monomer, methyl methacrylate(MMA), acrylic acid(AA) as main polymerization monomers under the action of polymerizable surfactant by using the emulsion polymerization method. Effect of the different content of HEMAP on the particle size, thermal resistance, and corrosion resistance of the PAMA emulsions and coatings were demonstrated by the particle size analyzer, thermogravimetric analyzer, electrochemical tests and salt spray tests. The results showed that, with the content of HEMAP increased from 0.5% to 2%, the particle size decreased from 883.7 nm to 427.9 nm, and the weight loss rate decreased. Tafel polarization curves and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy showed that with the addition of HEMAP, the corrosion potential increased, the corrosion current decreased, and the impedance value increased, which illustrated that the corrosion resistance of metal substrate improved by coating the PAMA emulsions.
