摘 要:实现油水两相在输送管道内的分离可提高输送介质流量的计量精度。目前关于管内油水分离器结构参数优化研究鲜有报道。提出了一种螺旋式油水分离器,并借助CFD数值模拟方法,采用雷诺应力模型,基于正交试验方法,对输送管道内螺旋分离器的结构参数开展优化研究,获得螺旋分离器最佳结构参数。对最佳结构分离器的流场特性及分离性能开展分析,对螺旋分离器的高效性及正交优化试验结果的准确性进行验证。结果显示:通过对结构参数正交结果分析,得出3个结构参数,按照对分离比率影响显著性由高到低分别为螺距、升角及螺旋圈数。在相同介质参数及流量条件下,得出了螺旋分离器的螺旋升角,螺旋高度及螺距的最佳值,优化后螺旋分离器的油水分离比可由1.17提高到2.21。Realizing the separation of oil and water in the pipeline can improve the measurement accuracy of the flow rate of the conveying medium.At present,there are few reports on the optimization of the structural parameters of the oil-water separator inside the pipe.In this paper,with the help of CFD numerical simulation method,Reynolds stress model and orthogonal test method,the structural parameters of spiral separator in transportation pipeline are optimized,and the optimum structural parameters of spiral separator are obtained.The flow field characteristics and separation performance of the optimal structure separator are analyzed,and the high efficiency of the spiral separator and the accuracy of the orthogonal optimization test results are verified.Through the analysis of the orthogonal results of the structural parameters,three structural parameters were determined,which are the pitch,the rising angle and the number of coils with the sequence of significant effects of separation ratio from high to low.Under the same condition of medium parameters and flow rate,the optimum values of spiral angle,spiral height and pitch of the spiral separator are obtained.After optimization,the oil-water separation ratio of the spiral separator can be increased from 1.17 to 2.21.
