摘　　要：目的研究体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)患者经共享决策干预的希望水平及干预依从性的影响。方法将从2019年6月到2020年6月,于我院门诊接受IVF-ET治疗的患者150例纳入研究,以随机数表法分作干预组与常规组,每组各75例。常规组实施临床常规护理干预,干预组则实施共享决策干预。分析两组希望水平,干预依从性以及满意度等情况的差异。此外,分析希望水平与干预依从性的相关性。结果干预后干预组各项希望水平评分均高于常规组(均P<0.05)。干预组干预依从性高于常规组(P<0.05)。干预组满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。经Spearman相关性分析可得:IVF-ET患者积极态度、积极行动、亲密关系以及希望总分均和干预依从性呈正相关关系(均P<0.05)。结论共享决策干预可显著提高IVF-ET患者的希望水平以及干预依从性,效果明显,适合临床推广应用。Objective:To study and analyze the influence of Shared decision intervention hope level and intervention compliance of in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer(IVF-ET)patients.Methods:150 patients receiving IVF-ET treatment in our outpatient department from June 2019 to June 2020 were included in the study,and were divided into intervention group and routine group by random number table method,with 75 patients in each group.The routine group received clinical routine nursing intervention,while the intervention group received Shared decision-making intervention.The differences of hope level,intervention compliance and satisfaction were analyzed.In addition,the correlation between the level of hope and intervention compliance was analyzed.Results:After intervention,the hope level score of the intervention group was higher than that of the conventional group(all P<0.05).Intervention compliance in the intervention group was higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that IVF-ET patients’ positive attitude,positive action,intimate relationship and total score of hope were positively correlated with intervention compliance(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Shared decision intervention can significantly improve the level of hope and intervention compliance of IVF-ET patients,with obvious effect,suitable for clinical application.
