摘 要:为探讨哈尼梯田生态系统土壤微生物生物量碳(MBC)的空间分布格局,采用氯仿熏蒸法测定了研究区0~20 cm、20~40 cm、40~60 cm 3个土层的土壤MBC含量,利用经典统计学和地统计学方法分析了其空间变异特征。结果表明,哈尼梯田生态系统水源区土壤MBC含量的变动范围为24.16~514.64 mg kg^(-1),梯田区土壤MBC含量的变动范围为16.52~257.00 mg kg^(-1),不同土层不同季节的变异系数都属中等变异性;0~20 cm土层夏季、20~40 cm土层春季、40~60 cm土层秋季和40~60 cm土层冬季的块金系数大于25%,说明其有中等的空间自相关性;其它土层季节块金系数都小于25%,说明其有很强的空间自相关性;水源区不同土层土壤MBC含量呈现从山顶往下逐渐减少的趋势,梯田四季不同土层土壤MBC含量分布不均;各个土层夏季土壤MBC含量普遍高于其它季节,各个季节都呈现随土层深度的增加土壤MBC含量逐渐下降的趋势。土壤MBC含量在哈尼梯田生态系统植被状况、地形地貌、土壤性质等因子的相互作用下表现出一定的特征,其空间分布具有规律性,形成了独特的空间格局。In order to explore the spatial distribution pattern of soil microbial biomass carbon(MBC) in the Hani terraced ecosystem, the Chloroform Fumigation Method was used to determine the content of soil MBC at three layers of 0-20, 20-40 and 40-60 cm in the study area. The spatial variability characteristics of soil MBC were analyzed by using the classical statistics and geostatistical methods. The results showed that the soil MBC content ranged from 24.16 to 514.64 mg kg^(-1) in the water source area, and from 16.52 to 257.00 mg kg^(-1) in the terraced area of the Hani terraced ecosystem. The coefficient of variation of soil MBC content in different layers and seasons was medium. The nugget coefficient of soil MBC was greater than 25% at the 0-20 cm layer in summer,at the 20-40 cm layer in spring, at the 40-60 cm layer in autumn and at the 40-60 cm layer in winter,indicating that soil MBC had a medium spatial autocorrelation, The nugget coefficients of MBC at other soil layers in other seasons were all less than 25%, indicating that soil MBC had a strong spatial autocorrelation, The MBC content in the water source area gradually decreased from the top to bottom of the mountain, and the distribution of soil MBC content in the terraced area was uneven in the four seasons, The soil MBC content in summer was generally higher than that in the other seasons, and it gradually decreased with soil depths in each season. The spatial distribution of soil MBC content was regular and showed a unique pattern under the interaction of vegetation, topography, and soil property in the Hani terraced ecosystem.
