摘  要:微生物技术对于解决设施农业氮磷面源污染是必要的。本研究从多年设施栽培的菜地土壤中分离筛选兼具解磷和反硝化活性的细菌菌株,对设施土壤氮磷污染生物削减的可行性进行了探索。从9个土样中共分离获得20个高效解磷细菌菌株,16S rRNA序列鉴定包括14株假单胞菌、4株芽胞杆菌、1株沙雷氏菌和1株Lelliottia菌。实验室摇瓶条件下20个解磷菌均表现出高效的解磷活性,其中10株假单胞菌菌具有显著的反硝化活性,即对硝态氮表现有效的去除效果。进一步将兼具解磷和反硝化活性的台湾假单胞菌JP2-3进行盆栽试验,发现该菌株在土壤中具有显著的解磷和硝态氮去除效应,并能促进黄瓜植株生长,表现较强的应用开发潜力。The use of microbiological technology is a necessary means to investigate the pollution of nitrogen(N)and phosphorus(P) from non-point sources in facility agriculture. The aim of this study was to isolate and screen the bacterial strains with active P solubilizing and denitrification in facility vegetable soil, and the feasibility of biological reduction of nitrogen and phosphorus pollution in facility soil was explored.Twenty strains of P-solubilizing bacteria were isolated from 9 soil samples. These strains were identified as 14 species of Pseudomonas, 4 species of Bacillus, one species of Serratia and one species of Lelliottia by 16 S rRNA gene sequence analysis. Twenty strains of P-solubilizing bacteria showed significant P-solubilizing activities, among which 10 strains of Pseudomonas had significant denitrification activities, that is, they showed effective removal effects on nitrate N. The pot experiment of Pseudomonas taiwanensis JP2-3 with the activities of both P hydrolysis and denitrification was carried out. The results showed that this strain showed significant P hydrolysis and denitrification activities in soil, and could promote plant growth, thus showing a strong application and development potential.
