摘  要:以天津市某公共建筑内换热站运行情况为例,分析并联换热机组一次侧循环流量均等分配在供热系统运行过程中的节能性。对并联机组一网流量分配影响因素进行理论分析,以及对二网循环泵功耗进行理论计算。采用天津市某公共建筑供暖季运行数据分析并联换热机组在两种循环流量分配模式下,并联换热机组一次侧供回水温差值变化情况、二次侧循环流量、供回水温差值波动变化情况,得出并联换热机组各支路一次侧循环流量均等分配情况下,供热系统运行更加节能、稳定。研究内容在实际工程应用中具有一定参考价值。The operation of a heat exchange station for a public building in Tianjin is analyzed. The energy efficiency of the equal distribution of primary circulation flow of parallel-connected heat exchange units in the heating system is expounded. The paper theoretically analyzes the important factors affecting the flow distribution and power consumption of secondary network circulating pump,The heating season operation data of a public building in Tianjin is utilized to analyze the parallel heat exchange unit under two circulation flow distribution modes,as well as the variation of temperature difference between supply and return water on the primary side of the parallel-connected heat exchange units,the circulation flow and the fluctuation of temperature difference between supply and return water on the secondary side of the parallel-connected heat exchange units. It is concluded that the operation of the heating system is more energy saving and stable when the circulation flow is equally distributed on the primary side of each branch of the parallel-connected heat exchange units. The research content has certain reference value in practical engineering application.
