摘  要:为研究不同建筑围护结构节能技术方案对建筑能耗的影响,分析其经济性,从而选取适宜当地建筑节能的设计措施。以云南高寒地区某办公建筑为研究对象,选用某品牌节能设计软件BECS进行了不同围护结构节能技术方案和相同围护结构节能技术方案下不同节能材料对建筑能耗的影响分析。结果表明同时进行屋顶外保温、外墙外保温、改用节能窗的方案节能率最高,达到69.39%;在屋顶和外墙保温材料选用硬质聚氨酯(PU),外窗选用塑钢框6+12 A+6高透低辐射玻璃窗时,方案节能率均大于50%,符合节能设计要求,并且动态投资回收期为18.78年,小于按建筑设计规范规定的50年建筑使用寿命,所以该方案技术经济性可行。此建筑围护结构节能技术方案的能耗模拟及经济性分析为同地区建筑节能设计提供了参考依据。In order to analyze the influence of various energy-saving technical schemes for envelope on energy consumption and investment feasibility,the design measures which are suitable for local buildings are selected. Thsware energy-saving design software-BECS is utilized for an office building in the alpine region of Yunnan. Different energy-saving technical schemes for envelop and different energy-saving materials under the same energy-saving technical scheme are simulated. The results show that the scheme combining roof insulation,external insulation,and energy-saving retrofitting windows simultaneously has the highest energy-saving rate,reaching 69. 39%;When the rigid polyurethane( PU) is used as the insulation material for the roof and exterior walls,and the plastic steel frame high-transmittance lowradiation glass windows( 6 + 12 A + 6) are used for windows,the energy saving rate of the scheme is greater than 50%,which meets the energy-saving design requirements,and the dynamic investment payback period is 18. 78 years,less than the 50-year building service life specified in the building design code,so the solution is technical and economical. The energy consumption simulation and economic analysis of the energy-saving technical scheme of the building envelope provide a reference for the energy-saving design of buildings in the same area.
